			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nimic nu este mai clasic decat cea mai veche antagonie din lume cea dintre lumina si intuneric,  sau dintre alb si negru. Si totusi, atunci cand vorbim de tabletele <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bovetti-Romania/114155801960620">Bovetti</a> din Gama Bio,  este imposibil sa avem un alb absolut pentru ca nu exista aici tablete de Ciocolata Alba . In schimb, exista o parte deschisa din punct de vedere cromatic si gustativ a colectiei  - cea de tablete de ciocolata cu lapte.</p>
<p>Partea intunecata , aceasta &#8220;parte&#8221; ne poarta direct pe plantatiile Bio din Santo Domingo.</p>
<p>Fac  o mica paranteza aici si imi reamintesc de momentul in care l-am rugat pe maestrul <a href="http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.114361181940082.6390.114155801960620&amp;type=3">Walter Bovetti</a> sa imi trimita cate o ciocolata <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bovetti-Romania/114155801960620">Grand Cru</a> ( doar cu cacao de pe plantatiile de unde el isi procura cacaoa) , adica ciocolata din Sao Tome, Santo Domingo si Ecuador. Maestrul a incuviintat si mi-a spus : <span style="color:#800000;"><em>&#8220;Pentru Santo Domingo pot sa iti ofer o tableta <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bovetti-Romania/114155801960620">Bio Neagra</a> &#8211; este acelasi lucru&#8221;</em><span style="color:#000000;">.  Inchid paranteza si revin la partea intunecata.</span></span></p>
<p>Aceasta parte este destinata atat cioco-holicilor, bio-holicilor ( tocmai am inventat acest termen) dar si grumanzilor dar mai ales celor pentru care ciocolata neagra ocupa primul loc in topul preferinelor.</p>
<p>Si pentru ca am vorbit despre contraste si antiteze supun atentiei voastre tableta de Ciocolata Neagra <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bovetti-Romania/114155801960620">BOVETTI  Bio</a> cu Migdale :</p>

<p><strong><em><span style="color:#800000;">Si acum, lasati-va sedusi de intesitatea aromei de ciocolata neagra cu &#8220;partea intunecata&#8221; va copleseste si isi tipareste in memoria voastra gustativa unica semnatura de 73% cacao, pe care o decoreaza cu textura dura si aroma pamantie a migdalelor <a href="http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.114413955268138.6407.114155801960620&amp;type=3"><span style="color:#800000;">Bio</span></a>.  O veritabila intoarcere le originile gurmande ale ciocolatei realizata artizanal, ca de altfel<a href="http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.114361181940082.6390.114155801960620&amp;type=3"><span style="color:#800000;"> toate creatiile Bovetti</span></a>.</span></em></strong></p>
<p>Cele 100g ale tabletei va transmit povestea pamantului din care se trage cacaoa din <a href="http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.114413955268138.6407.114155801960620&amp;type=3">Santo Domingo</a> prin procentul de 73% cacao, masa de cacao, zaharul de trestie, untul pur de cacao  folosit in proportie de 100% si pulberea de vanilie naturala, cu toate obtinute prin practicarea agriculturii biologice.</p>

<p> Parfumul florii, &#8220;incatusat&#8221; parca intr-o haina de de zahar ce i-a imprumutat culoarea si aroma contopindu-se cu floarea, furandu-i culoarea si indulcind sublima-i aroma.</p>
<p>Ciocolata Bovetti  neagra, alba sau cu lapte dupa cum o cunoasteti , reprezinta prin compozitia sa un omagiu adus ciocolatei, iar florile cristalizate ce-i impodobesc verso-ul nu fac decat sa complimenteze ciocolata fiind presarate de-alungul drumului acesteia care cei ce o savureaza -asemenea unui servitor antic ce presara petale de flori pe drumul pe care calca stapanul sau.</p>

Taylor si baronul Walter von Saint Paul Illaire au descoperit primele violete. Ultimul dintre ei a trimis la Gradina Botanica din Hanovra, in Germania, o planta pentru a fi determinata. Ea a fost incadrata in familia gesneriaceaelor si a primit numele baronului: Saintpaulia. Violeta baronului era o <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Saintpaulia ionantha</strong>,</span> dar alaturi de aceasta specie, in Africa au fost depistate vreo 20 de  alte varietati in stare salbatica. Initial, violeta avea trei culori: alb, albastru si mov lavanda. Inca din 1893, la Erfurt, incepe cultivarea in scop comercial a violetelor. Este inceputul unei aventuri care continua si astazi. In 1926 sunt introduse in circuitul commercial din SUA primele violete. <p>In perioada 25-28 Noiembrie 2010,la Palatul National al Copiilor, revista Bucataria pentru Toti va invita la cea de-a treia editie a Festivalului Dulciuri pentru Toti. Patiseriile, firmele de catering, cofetariile cu laboratoare proprii, importatorii,  producatorii de dulciuri si produse conexe vin sa-si etaleze cele mai delicioase, mai aspectoase si mai rafinate specialitati in fata publicului larg si a viitorilor parteneri de afaceri.</p>
<p>Amandinele si tartele vor fi gazdele voastre la aceasta editie. Torturile, briosele, ciocolata, cremsnit-ul, marzipanul si multi altii sunt invitatii nostri de seama si abia asteapta sa va indulceasca. Juriul de onoare sunteti chiar voi.</p>
<p>Va asteptam cu premii dulci, degustari, concursuri din ora in ora si multa voie buna. La tombolele Festivalului puteti castiga abonamente pe un an de zile la revista Bucataria pentru Toti, rasnite de condimente, electrocasnice si un mobilier de bucatarie.</p>

<p>Ca  un creator de ciocolata  respectabil ce se afla, Bovetti, isi consecra numele printr-o tableta de ciocolata neagra.</p>
<p>Tableta lui Bovetti este nucleul creatiei sale, pentru ca el este “Creator de Ciocolata”; astfel compozitia  tuturor tabletelor sale este  perzentata astfel :</p>
<p>“ <strong>Tableta de ciocolata</strong>:  pudra de cacao, unt de cacao, vanilie , zahar, masa de cacao 73%.</p>
<p><strong>   Adaos :  </strong>trandafir cristalizat 2%<strong>  / </strong>menta albastra cristalizata 2% / alge de bretania 6% etc “.</p>
<p>Pentru inceput trebuie san e concentram asupra calitatilor tabletei in starea sa pura  si astfel putem spune urmatoarele  :</p>

<li>Aspectul este elegant tableta fiind brand-uita patratel cu partatel pe fata si finnd prezentata prin folia transparenta a ambalajului.<strong></strong></li>
<li>In cazul in care tableta are si un adaos …sa spunem …fructe uscate….sau flori de iasomie….sau  ceai Earl Grey,  acestea se vor gasi intotdeauna persarate pe verso si prezentate astfel publicului, adica – tableta introduce invers in ambalaj ; <strong>priviti :</strong></li>

<li>Tableta Bovetti este o tableta create dupa vechea filozofie, aceea a consumarii ciocolatei cu diverse condimente sau fructe sau nuci , <strong>alaturi</strong>  si ca un complement al tabletei nicidecum parte integranta.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Aspectul tabletei de 100g este unul masiv cu patratele groase cu textura puternica si linii trasate geometric – o tableta cu greutate.<strong></strong></li>

<li>Untul de cacao da tabletei un “snap”  sanatos- zgomotul subtil pe care trebuie sa il faca o tableta de ciocolata atunci cand este rupta – acesta poate fi interpretat ca un semn al calitatii si echivaleaza cu faptul ca emulgatorii (aici, untul de cacao) au “sudat” cacaua in tableta .<strong></strong></li>
<li>Gustul de sfarsit – after taste-ul  este unul proaspat si usor iar sanzatia lasata este una de satietate tocmai datorita aportului mare de unt de cacao.<strong></strong></li>
<li>In ciuda faptului ca tableta neagra Bovetti contine cacao pura in proportii de 73% cu exceptia tabletei pentru persoanele ce sufera de diabet care asre 65% cacao, gustul de inceput ete unul moale –fin si rotund-usor amar, in loc de unul acru &#8211; amar  care ar ne-ar indica anumite vicii de prelucrare a tabletei. <li>250 g piept de curcan</li>
<li>300 g de <strong>paste cu cacao Bovetti</strong></li>
<li>100 g smantana dulce</li>
<li>150 g de ciuperci « Champignon »</li>
<li>2 cepe mici</li>
<li>1 pastaiede vanilie</li>
<li>1 lingurita de pudra de vanilie</li>
<li>unt</li>
<li>arpagic verde sau ceapa verde</li>
<li>amestec de boabe de piper ( roz, alb, verde si negru)</li>
<li>sare  </li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Preparare :</span></strong></p>
<p>Adaugati intai pastele  intr-un vas cu apa putin sarata in momentul in care aceasta incepe sa fiarba si lasati la fiert 6 pana la 7 minute.</p>
<p>Intre  timp, feliati ciupercile si ceapa  apoi taiati felii pieptul crud de curcan  . Trageti toate aceste ingrediente in tigaie folosind untul pe post de ulei . Odata ce observati schimbarea culorii amestecului in auriu, adaugati smantana dulce,  pastaia de vanilie si  pudra de vanilie.</p>
<p>Lasati la foc mic 5 mn. Despicati pastaia de venilie, extrageti continutul acesteia,  si adaugati-l  intregii compozitii.</p>
<p>Alaturati pastele cu cacao. Presarati sarea, ceapa verde/arpagicul si amestecatura de piper.</p>

<p>Se taie ceapa şi aseaza in tigaia cu unt topit, se adaugă cuburile de pui si se lasa la innabusit timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>  Galbiorii trag in tigaie la foc mare timp de 3 minute, apoi se amesteca cu carnea de pui.<br />
Între timp, se fierbe apa pentru paste, timp de 7-8 minute.<br />
Spre final, compozitia de galbiori si pui se amesteca cu smântâna si se lasa pe la foc mediu timp de inca 5 minute<br />
Se scurg pastele se alatura <strong>fricasse</strong>-ului si se presara cu nucile zdrobite şi pătrunjelul tocat .</p>
<p>Se serveşte fierbinte.</p>
