<p>Vreau ceva aromat asemenea unu fruct copt, amar precum cafeaua,  răcoritor și totodată înțepător, citric și efervescent dar totuși temperat.</p>
<p>Am nevoie de ceva nou la prima vedere dar totuși vechi de când lumea, pentru ca &#8220;leacurile&#8221; bătrânești sunt cele mai bune. De aceea ma întorc la rădăcini, și mai cu seama la rădăcinile de ghimbir care gratie versatilității sale, este asociat spre fericirea mea cu ciocolata neagra sau cu lapte, dar astăzi și doar astăzi cu ciocolata neagra Bio marca Bovetti, care nu se abata de la vechile și chiar  anticele tradiții de consum al ciocolatei și anume amestecata  sau &#8220; tăvălita&#8221;în pulberi de condimente tari ( ardei iute, piper, muștar, coriandru,  cardamom etc ).</p>

<li><span style="color:#333399;">Thailandezii folosesc ghimbir dat prin răzătoare, alaturi de alte condimente, la prepararea pastelor de curry. </span></li>

<li><span style="color:#333399;"><strong>Merge foarte bine prăjit alaturi de usturoi, sau ceapa. Indienii folosesc adesea aceasta tehnica pentru a obține sosuri delicioase cu care asezonează mancarurile de legume și carne.</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color:#333399;">In bucataria chineza ghimbirul este folosit atat prajit cat si fiert. Mancarea care fierbe inabusit mai mult timp este aromata cu feliute de ghimbir, care isi elibereaza aroma destul de repede. Tehnica chinezeasca stir-fry (chao), care inseamna gatirea pe foc iute, rapida a mancarii, cu amestecare continua, cere adesea ghimbir maruntit sau dat prin razatoare.</span></li>

<li><span style="color:#333399;">In Europa intalnim ghimbirul in mod special în bucataria ungureasca traditionala unde cunoaste o utilizare frecventa in condimentarea unor fripturi, de obicei mai grase, sau la mâncăruri mai grele (din fasole, linte, varza), dar si la deserturi (de ex. cozonacul cu ghimbir proaspat).</span></li>

<li><em><span style="color:#333399;"><strong>Utilizari medicale</strong></span></em>

<li><span style="color:#333399;">Abia la începutul anilor 1980 cercetătorii occidentali s-au preocupat de virtuțile terapeutice ale ghimbirului, în special rizomul.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#333399;"><strong>În răceală</strong>, acționează asupra plămânilor, stomacului și splinei. O rădăcină proaspătă de ghimbir, rasă și fiartă în 250 ml apă, timp de 10 minute, produce un ceai cu efecte remarcabile în tratarea edemelor, vomei sau tusei, inducând și o senzație puternică de încălzire a corpului, respectiv un efect sudorific pregnant. Atunci când febra nu cedează, fierbeți 100 g ghimbir proaspăt în 500 ml apă și spălați tot corpul cu zeama rezultată. Dacă tusea nu vrea să vă lase în pace, stoarceți o rădăcină de ghimbir și amestecați sucul cu puțină miere și 250 ml apă fierbinte; beți câte 1-2 căni pe zi. Ceaiul de ghimbir este un calmant ideal în inflamațiile gâtului, sinuzite, răgușeală, febră, eliminare de mucozități și congestii respiratorii.</span></li>
<li><em><span><strong>Indigestia</strong><span style="color:#333399;"> poate fi tratată dacă mâncați câteva bucățele de tulpină de ghimbir proaspăt. Este calmant pentru durerile abdominale, ajută digestia, elimină gazele, dă poftă de mâncare, neutralizează toxinele, în vreme ce o cană de suc din aceeași parte a plantei vă poate scăpa de un sughiț rebel, greață sau vomă, ori chiar de o toxiinfecție alimentară.</span></span></em></li>

Astmul se mai poate trata cu tinctură de ghimbir care eliberează plămânul de secreții.0.5-1.5 g de praf de rădăcină de ghimbir, luat de 3 ori pe zi, înainte de masă, înlătură durerile de cap de natură nevralgică și spastică, grețurile și voma (la femeile însărcinate), tratează bronșita și astmul bronșic, frigiditate, cataracta.</span></em></li>

<li><em><span style="color:#333399;">În industria <strong>cosmeticelor</strong>: La spitalele dinBeijing, este utilizat în tratamentul alopeciilor (cheliilor) sub formă de rondele proaspete. Cosmetologii europeni au fabricat loțiuni cu ghimbir pentru tonificarea și revitalizarea părului. Loțiunile de corp pe bază de ghimbir au efecte de întinerire: hrănesc epiderma și îi conferă finețe și suplețe. Fiind bogat în magneziu, fosfor și acizi aminați, ghimbirul este omniprezent în formule revitalizante ale cremelor de față.</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#333399;"><strong> medicina alternativă</strong>: Moleculele aromatice de ghimbir trimit impulsuri creierului imediat ce ating pielea, relaxând și detensionând musculatura. <p><span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>1</strong></span>Uleuiul vegetal = ulei de palmier (atunci cand nu exista alte precizari pe eticheta) hydrogenat.</p>
<p>Uleiul de palmier este un acide gras saturat aproape de 50 % (fata de  7 à 8 % pentru uleiul de rapita) care favorizeaza obstructia  arterelor si care este principalul responsabil pentru cazurile de obezitate .</p>
<p>Acesta fiind hidrogenat, devine mai daunatordecat cel procesat industrial care are rolul de stabilizare a produselor si care stimuleaza aparitia acizilor grasi trans, care sunt cu mult mai nocivi sanatatii.</p>
<p>Din punct de vedere ecologic, extragerea uleiului de palmier este cauza  defrisariilor exagerate in Asia care au drept consacinta mari stramutari de populatie si disparitia programata a multor specii de animale (cu precadere primate mari).</p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>2</strong></span>Pudra de cacao degresata  = rezidu al boabelor cacao din care a fost extras tot untul de cacao –considerat materie nobila.</p>
<p><span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>3</strong></span>Lecitina din soya = produs ce risca sa fie alterat genetic (supersoya) + alergen(potential)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#0000ff;">4</span></strong>Uleiul de rapita  este unul dintre cele mai bune uleiuri  datorita  beneficiilor pe care acesta le ofera, si in principal pentru aportul de Omega 3.</p>
<p>In productia pastei tartinabile Bovetti este folosit <span style="text-decoration:underline;">mai putin de 5 %</span> ulei de rapita doar atat cat este necesar ca pasta sa fie onctuoasa .</p>
<p>Astfel, in speranta ca aceste date va vor crea o imgine de ansamblu asupra produsului, va invitam sa le incercati !</p>

<p> Parfumul florii, &#8220;incatusat&#8221; parca intr-o haina de de zahar ce i-a imprumutat culoarea si aroma contopindu-se cu floarea, furandu-i culoarea si indulcind sublima-i aroma.</p>
<p>Ciocolata Bovetti  neagra, alba sau cu lapte dupa cum o cunoasteti , reprezinta prin compozitia sa un omagiu adus ciocolatei, iar florile cristalizate ce-i impodobesc verso-ul nu fac decat sa complimenteze ciocolata fiind presarate de-alungul drumului acesteia care cei ce o savureaza -asemenea unui servitor antic ce presara petale de flori pe drumul pe care calca stapanul sau.</p>

<p><em>&#8220;La sfarsitul secolului al XIX, in intervalul 1884-1892, in padurile umede din muntii din estul Africii  (Tanzania si Kenya), Sir John Kirk, reverendul W.E. Taylor si baronul Walter von Saint Paul Illaire au descoperit primele violete. Ultimul dintre ei a trimis la Gradina Botanica din Hanovra, in Germania, o planta pentru a fi determinata. Ea a fost incadrata in familia gesneriaceaelor si a primit numele baronului: Saintpaulia. Violeta baronului era o <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Saintpaulia ionantha</strong>,</span> dar alaturi de aceasta specie, in Africa au fost depistate vreo 20 de  alte varietati in stare salbatica. Initial, violeta avea trei culori: alb, albastru si mov lavanda. Inca din 1893, la Erfurt, incepe cultivarea in scop comercial a violetelor. Este inceputul unei aventuri care continua si astazi. In 1926 sunt introduse in circuitul commercial din SUA primele violete. <p>Incepem calatoria pe taramul creatiei Bovetti cu o tableta menita sa satisfaca pana si cele mai pretentioase gusturi .</p>
<p>Ciocolata cu lapte BOVETTI &#8211; tableta universala adusa la perfectiune prin aportul ridicat de cacao ( 38%) si continutul integral de unt de cacao pur &#8211; mirosul puternic al boabelor de cacao provenite de plantatiile din  Sao Tome, se contopeste cu cel tandru al vaniliei intr-un duet al finetii si rafinamentului completate  fiind de textura onctuoasa a untului de cacao ce ofera simturilor in chip de cadou satisfactia gustativa deplina !</p>
<p>Fiecare patratel din tableta este o intruchipare a satietatii si reprezinta cadoul sau rasplata ideala cu care paleta gustativa poate fi recompensata iodata cu intreaga simtire &#8211; o adevarata bucurie a gustului&#8230;.</p>

<p> Aceste &#8220;graunte&#8221; de ciocolată pot fi servite ca aperitiv sau folosite in bucatarie  pentru a spori savoarea unor feluri de mâncare;spre exemplu : ati putea sa presarati seminţe de muştar tras in ciocolata neagra, frunze de rozmarin  tras in ciocolata alba pe carnea de vita la gratar sau seminte de fenicul deasupra unui peşte gatit în folie inainte de servire . Sau de ce nu, sa presarati rozmarin  pe o bula de inghetata  şi coriandru tras in ciocolata cu lapte pe niste “magret de canard” ( piept de rata ) .</p>

<p>Ciocolata Aperitiv a fost nominalizata de catre Comitetul Pentru  Produse Inovatoare  al SIAL (târg alimentar internaţional) pentru placerea si surpriza adus pe paleta de noi gusturi .</p>

<li> 2 cepe medii</li>
<li>100g smântână</li>
<li>1 căţel de usturoi &#8211; 1 buchet de patrunjel </li>
<li> 50g unt</li>
<li>Sare ( dupa gust)</li>
<li>Piper ( dupa gust)</li>
<li>Nuci zdrobite</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparare :</p>
<p>Se taie ceapa şi aseaza in tigaia cu unt topit, se adaugă cuburile de pui si se lasa la innabusit timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>  Galbiorii trag in tigaie la foc mare timp de 3 minute, apoi se amesteca cu carnea de pui.<br />
Între timp, se fierbe apa pentru paste, timp de 7-8 minute.<br />
Spre final, compozitia de galbiori si pui se amesteca cu smântâna si se lasa pe la foc mediu timp de inca 5 minute<br />
Se scurg pastele se alatura <strong>fricasse</strong>-ului si se presara cu nucile zdrobite şi pătrunjelul tocat .</p>
<p>Se serveşte fierbinte.</p>
